Per USPS policy, First Class mail does not include insurance against lost or missing packages. Priority Mail includes $100 insurance against missing or lost packages. Claims for orders lost-in-transit must be filed no later than 30 days from the last available tracking update.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns. To be eligible for an exchange email us within 3 days of receiving your item at contact@lavishgirlfinds.com to alert us on the concern.Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a confirmation email and detailed return instructions. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return has been confirmed a replaced exchange will be provided for you.
Refunds (if applicable)

Orders eligible for a refund will be automatically returned to the original form of payment, unless otherwise stated.
